Has anyone hiked any multiday routes in northern Patagonia in Chile?

I am thinking of going to cerro Castillo and doing a 4 day route there or going to Cochrane and hiking a route through the jeinemeni mountains linking valle chacabuco to Chile Chico.

Does anyone know what these routes are like? Are they will marked? Is it easy to get transport to and from the start and ends on the hikes?
