Brand new to the site. Lots of day hikes in the Colorado Rockies but looking to get myself ready for a 5 day trek to Choquequirao in Peru next fall before they build the cable car.

Would love some recommendations on threads.

Welcome too the site Jenver. I spent 14 days in Peru and loved it. Tho it wasn't backpacking it was still an amazing trip. I'm sure you will have a great time there.
