Just bought a panasonic dmc zs40 to replace my dmc zs7 that broke when I fell on top of it (Fortunately that was the only thing to break). The zs 40 has an electronic view finder in addition to the lcd screen which will be helpful in telephoto shots with the 24mm to 700mm lens to help steady it and compose shots. I like these cameras because they are compact and loaded with features and take decent pictures.
