Hi folks, my name is Chris and I stumbled upon this site today.

I've been an avid backpacker and hiker for...what year is it...good grief, almost thirty years!

I have a few long distance trails under my belt, the AT and AZ Trails to name a couple, and am gearing up for a JMT thru-hike next summer.

I am looking forward to being a part of this community.

TrailGroovin' with the Grovite! Hey, I'm in that club - it's hard to come to grips with, eh?! I guess it's not how we look... it's how we hike :D
