Afternoon ya'll,

So my plan is to plan a backpacking trip to Alaska for 10-14 days. I have no clue where to start nor do I have any connections to guides out there. I am currently stationed overseas but will get leave later this year around Nov./Dec. time frame if not, April/May. I have always wanted to go to Alaska and explore, but never have had the time or money; now I have both fortunately. Can ya'll give some feedback or guidance on where to start?
