Hello! I am looking for older (50s) hiking buddies to prepare for the West Highland Trail, Scotland in August on Ozark and nearby trails. My massage therapist says I should require the person to be in the medical field! Lol. 

Please let me know if you are interested. Right now I'm hiking 5-8 mile trails one day on the weekend as I work during the week.
