So far so good with great service from Osprey.  Mis-read the tracking info, saw "Thursday" and thought it would arrive back to them today.  Didn't notice the date under that that says it won't arrive until "next Thursday".  Not a biggie, no hikes planned for a while.  Looking forward to getting it (or a new one) back and all fixed up.  :)
