Taiwan - Shei-Pa National Park & Taroko National Park

Anyone here have experience backpacking and hiking in Taiwan and in particular Shei-Pa National Park and Taroko National Park.  I hope to make it there in October for a few day stay at each Park using the bus system to get from Taipei to the first Park and loop to the next and back to Taipei to return home.

Also, the name of a backpacking store in Taipei to pick up stove fuel. Would be great.
