backpacking in the needles with newbies

they were mid 30s at night, and upper 60s, maybe even the low 70's during the day.

there was no noticeable graffiti at any of the sites along salt creek, although i found graffiti at newspaper rock and a few of the roadside areas around canyonlands. if you look at the second to last photo of day two, its a famous one called the all american man, since it was drawn in red, white, and blue paint and kinda resembles the american flag, however it is 900+ years old.

they will probably stay up for good now. i only get 10mb of bandwidth, so they'll stay up as long as i don't get as many page views as i did last month. i doubt they'll get as many page views, so they'll stay up now.
