From Central Jersey to Portland Oregon

Hi folks! I'm a semi-recent transplant (almost 2 years now) to Oregon & boy is this place full of beauty!! It seems that no matter where you go, in any direction, there's a trail!

I'm grateful for all the rain, it keeps the trail surroundings green & alive!

If there's anyone in the Portland area & want's to get together for a hike let me know! But remember, a hike, not a Lord of the Rings movie. 5-10 miles tops. (I'm working on going further. One trail at a time!!)

I was raised in Elizabeth, but moved to Monroe, then Edison the last few years.

Ah, ok!  My girlfriend lives in Monroe.  There is some decent hiking in northern New Jersey.  Glad to hear you are enjoying life out west!
