BLM land - Carson City NV

I was wanting to get outside today before the rains started. Just a mile from my house is BLM land so I grabbed my hiking poles and ever-present camera and took off into the hills. I was delighted to come across one of the bands of wild mustangs that roam the hills. This is 'trail groove' at its finest!

Definitely looks like a really great surprise & great pictures. We have a stretch of BLM land close by that's our go-to destination if we're short on time... So far no wild horses but plenty of cows
