Who Is Getting Out This Weekend- Nov 17-18

I am getting ready for a 9-10 mile jaunt up to Mt. Lukens in here SoCal. I am going to hike it on Sunday and am praying for rain on Saturday since that tends to tamp down and blow out all the smog/marine layer so the views on Sunday should be epic. Where is everyone else getting out to?

I did a couple local hikes because we weren't sure how the weather would pan out. Saturday we hiked into the Carson River Canyon (just a couple miles from my house). We explored along the river for a couple hours. About 3.5 miles into the hike we were rained on. Not a big deal since we had our day packs with everything we could ever possibly need, so we donned our rain gear and hiked out. Today I hiked for a couple hours into the BLM hills that surround the area where I live. I came across one of the local bands of wild mustangs that roam the area. I posted photos on trip reports.
