A Lousy Hike

Have you ever been on a lousy hike? Terrible scenery, trail that is too difficult or too easy? Well I went on one the other weekend. The major issues? The trail was not a true loop trail, instead you had to bushwhack it over a dried up lake bed to get back to the car, there was nothing really to see other than a jet propulsion laboratory and dried up lake beds and basically I was getting a Mad Max vibe, what a nice trip!

It wasn't the WORST hike but it certainly wasn't a fav. Yeesh!

Ha! Too true WanderAR, I hiked this last Monday and there was a stretch that was just flat and long and I said those exact same words! The outdoors ain't in, I have to remember that more often!
