Who Is Getting Out This Weekend- Labor Day

Hey everyone, created this thread to see who is getting out and about this weekend and to where.

I am planning a short day hike either to a saddle (boring) or to Mt. Lukens (a lot less boring). However, it is going to be HOT here in SoCal with temps in the 90s. I am torn because that means an early morning get up and its a holiday weekend! Conflicted I am.

How bout you? Where are you getting out and about this weekend?

So far I am looking to do a 'once in a blue moon' hike Friday night in the BLM hills surrounding Carson City. Saturday early morning is an exploring hike along the Carson River coming from a direction new to us. Sunday morning is a hike from Castle Rock to the new Tahoe Rim Trail connector on Daggett Pass....for starters.
