That's a great recipe.  I'm trying that! I'll likely reduce the cook times by using dehydrated pre parboiled instant brown rice and dry mix all the other ingredients pre hike. One more yummy suggestion: I'll substitute dried coconut milk for the NIDO.  

Hope you used all organic ingredients mags?
